Customers can totally return or exchange purchased items within 14 days of receiving the item or within a 14 days period if the customer found the item to be wrong or defective.
ATUM is willing to totally refund its loyal customer with items that are still in their factory condition with the tags still on and in ATUM’s original packaging.*

Exchange and refund policy

Exchange or refund shall be done according to the following conditions:

  • The original sales invoice must be submitted.
  • The refund is only allowed within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • That item must be in its original condition when purchased.
  • It must be the same amount that was actually paid and mentioned on the original sales invoice.
  • The customer has the right to exchange the items for another with the same value stated on the invoice or higher.
  • In case there is a manufacturing defect in the product, it could be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, after the approval of the responsible manager, by sending an email with an image of the product and a copy of the invoice.
  • In case that the exchange or refund period is exceeded, no action shall be taken before returning to the management, conditioned that the product is intact and the original invoice is available, by sending an email with the invoice image and requesting approval from the management.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
