Returns and Exchanges Made Easy

We want you to love everything you order from Atum

If for any reason, you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, as long as the item is unworn, in perfect condition, and has all original tags attached.

Please note: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Once your item is received and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

For Exchanges, You Have Two Easy Options:

•⁠ ⁠Return your original item, and once approved, choose a new piece you love. We will ship your exchange promptly after inspection.

•⁠ ⁠Or, if you prefer not to wait, place a new order now, and we’ll refund you for the original item once it’s returned and inspected.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order after receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Swimwear:
Hygiene Seals (Hygiene Pad) :
Swimwear with broken hygiene seals is typically non-returnable.

Original Condition:
Swimwear must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and labels attached.

يُرجى العلم أنه غير مسموح بفتح الشحنات عند استلامها من مندوب التوصيل

الإرجاع والاستبدال بكل سهولة

إذا احتجت لإرجاع منتج لأي سبب، لديك 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الشحنة، بشرط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، في حالة ممتازة، ومرفقة به جميع البطاقات (التاجات) الأصلية.

يرجى ملاحظة: تكاليف شحن الإرجاع يتحملها العميل.

بمجرد استلام المنتج واجتيازه للفحص، سيتم معالجة المبلغ المسترد خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.

بالنسبة للاستبدال، لديك خياران سهلان:

إرجاع المنتج الأصلي، وبعد الموافقة، اختيار قطعة جديدة تعجبك. سنقوم بشحن قطعة الاستبدال فور الانتهاء من الفحص.

أو، إذا كنت تفضل عدم الانتظار، يمكنك إجراء طلب جديد الآن، وسنقوم برد قيمة المنتج الأصلي بمجرد إرجاعه وفحصه.

لدينا سياسة إرجاع مدتها 14 يومًا، مما يعني أن لديك 14 يومًا بعد استلام منتجك لطلب الإرجاع.

لتكون مؤهلاً للإرجاع، يجب أن يكون المنتج في نفس الحالة التي استلمته بها، غير مستخدم أو غير مرتدى، مع البطاقات (التاجات)، وفي عبوته الأصلية. ستحتاج أيضًا إلى إيصال الشراء أو ما يثبت الشراء.

لن يتم قبول الشحنات المرسلة إلينا دون طلب إرجاع مسبق.

الأضرار والمشاكل

يرجى فحص طلبك بعد استلامه والتواصل معنا فورًا إذا كان المنتج تالفًا، معيبًا، أو إذا استلمت منتجًا خاطئًا، حتى نتمكن من تقييم المشكلة ومعالجتها.

ملصق النظافة:

ملابس السباحة ذات ملصقات النظافة المنزوعة غير قابلة للإرجاع.

الحالة الأصلية:

يجب أن تكون ملابس السباحة في حالتها الأصلية غير المستخدمة، مع جميع البطاقات والملصقات مرفقة.
